Microsoft has released its patch, "The Outlook Email Security Update", for Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000 users to protect against malicious email attachments such as the "ILOVEYOU" and "Melissa" viruses. Follow the link from the Office Update site.
For IE users, Microsoft has released a patch to guard against malicious Web site operators who may pose as a trusted Web site or read selected files on your computer. The "SSL Certification Update" is available from the Windows/IE download page.
