Sometimes we wonder whether Windows is trying to help us or to hinder us as we battle away with our computers. This week, then, we'll spend time talking about how Windows associates files with programs. As well, we'll give a couple of simple rules when we post attachments to our friends – let's tell them in our post what type of file we're posting so they have some idea whether they can open it or not.
